The US wants too keep the price of oil high so they can get investment in the Venezuelan oil fields. But they don't want the global economy to collapse.

They also want Iran participating in globalism.

		China is well positioned to always win. The US is etching closer and closer at weakening it's neighbours, once they have been defeated China will be the next Iran.
