Every problem is self-correcting in that some new normal will emerge. Either through acceptance or because something is changed. It’s very hard to say right now what happens at the other side of this change right now. All these new growing pains are happening in many companies simultaneously and they are happening at elevated speed. While that change is taking place it can be quite disorienting and if you want to take a forward looking view it can be quite unclear of how you should behave. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Unfortunately, I think the lesson from recent history seems to be that outside of highly-regulated industries, customers and businesses will accept terrible quality as long as it's cheap. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
