Checked on Chrome too, I see nothing.

What do you mean? You see nothing on the website?

This is the screen on my phone.

You see the little "Red hat Enterprise" at the bottom? That's the whole scrollable area. The rest is fixed and stays at the top.

		Must be an iOS thing. On Blink and Gecko the page just scrolls like normal, the warning scrolls with the rest of the page when scrolling down. They still messed up the CSS because the downloads table goes straight beyond the mobile viewport on the bottom and to the right.
