For whatever it's worth, I think we're on the same page here. My personal observations shore up those same assertions, and they're very much systemic in nature rather than singular topic like prior grievances.

AI may just be the most recent inflection point bubbling more of this discontent to the surface, but said discontent has been gradually rising to a boil for decades.
