| You're right, it's much worse and we should be doing everything we can to turn it around. I propose we just assume people with meta glasses are recording others in public and we call them creeps. Shaming works, we should use it more. |

The sales figures show they’re pretty popular as far as wearables go. That leads me to believe we’re not in the same world as Google glass especially when back then folks were far more trusting of tech (let alone the fact that it’s meta). The times I do I see folks wearing them the normie reaction is typically “oh cool” and not some libertarian allergic reaction to technology. | | |
