If you've never worked in a call center, or in a technical support role, it can be hard to understand just how inarticulate people are on average. Even programmers. ...And how much brainpower goes into understanding what people like this are getting at when they speak about things. There's a lot of context and human element to this; I'm skeptical AI will be any good at it in the near future. | ||
