If you own many firearms already, how is a 30 day wait preventing you from bearing them? But yeah, the benefit does mostly arise for first time gun buyers. But that would require a master list of all gun owners. I'd prefer the wait per gun. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
