I'm building Dropnote, a small tool for physical businesses. Someone who is physically at a place can scan a QR code and leave a short message in their browser. No app, no account. Messages are asynchronous; staff reply when available. This is not live chat. It's meant for in-the-moment feedback or questions that don't justify interrupting staff or becoming public reviews.
