Weed smoke has a scent to it. So do a lot of other things. The nature of cities is you're packed asshole to elbow with other people. Some of them may be weed smokers. They have every right to partake in the sacred herb. It might be of benefit to you too, if you would allow it.

Here you are upset over a small thing like a funny smell that you have decided you don't like. The smell emanates from a powerful psychoactive herb that could teach you new things about life and reality. Maybe you should take advantage of it instead of demonizing it.

You make a lot of very strange assumptions about who I am and what I've done with my life.

And you'll note, I don't stop them, nor complain - I merely WISH they were a little more considerate in their partaking of the herb, I'd be less irritated.

Additionally, they don't have "every right" it's entirely illegal here, but I've no interest in calling the police over it - as again, I just wish they were naturally a little more considerate over their use of shared space than having a desire to punish them over it.

This plant is illegal everywhere, and has been for a hundred years. All mafia who are in control of any and all territories everywhere oppose the plant. If it were up to these people and their allies, they would eliminate it entirely from the earth, driving it to extinction and murdering, imprisoning, or enslaving every last one of its users.

Yet in spite of the great risks and dangers, and all of the suffering and hardship and persecution that comes along with it, people have kept and guarded this sacred herb for tens of thousands of years, if not hundreds of thousands. What does that tell you?

Look, I'll spell it out for the obtuse:

This plant is of incalculable value for mankind. There are evildoers everywhere who want to destroy the plant entirely along with anyone associated with it. I mean put a fucking bullet in our heads and be done with us. Or make us work as slaves in their salt mines. Or just throw us in a hole and forget about us. That's the reality. We are fighting for our life every day and for the life of the plant itself. Yet all you can think to do is whine about the fucking smell. Like that's so important in the grand scheme of things. First World Problems I guess.

The plain fact is, it does not matter where we go to smoke. No matter where we might go, our enemies will come after us and attack us, regardless. Could be a hundred miles away in the middle of the jungle, and you assholes will come for us. If your type isn't throwing us in jail, or snitching us out, you're whining about the Fucking Smell. At a certain point it just becomes, "You know what? All I ask is that my neighbours use a fan, it doesn't bother me enough to interfere with them, I just WISH they could be a little less selfish. They aren't, and in the grand scheme of things it's fine. You seem to intentionally misrepresent what I state and play the victim. Indeed cannabis is fully legal in many jurisdictions and it's becoming more and more common - I'm not convinced by your "life and death" narrative here in the slightest. No - I don't care much what happens to you, I don't know you from Adam. However, nor do I care how much or how little of your sacred herb you smoke. I merely ask that if you find yourself around others, have some consideration for them. Wishing someone would put a fan on while they smoke, out of good will is hardly a conspiracy scale persecution. If you can't grant others this courtesy, I'm still going to leave you alone. I may however post a vague post on the internet indicating displeasure for certain people's lack of manners and respect for others.
