Doesn't the right to make sound in public places extend to the hypothetical users of this app? I don't think a rights-based framing is the best way to look at this. It's about courtesy and respect for social norms. I don't see how society is becoming too intolerant, if anything I think we are more tolerant of anti-social behavior than ever before. | ||
