The registrar is your ISP, cloud provider etc. You can get a PI (Provider Independent) allocation for yourself, usually with the assistance of a sponsoring registrar. Which is a nice compromise way of cutting out the middleman without becoming a registrar yourself. | |||||||||||||||||
