I started a challenge I call “Dopamine Detox December” in which I stopped doing certain things to stop dopamine stimulants: - No social Media - No news - No video streaming services (such as YT, Netflix, and Amazon Prime) - No electronic and energetic music The first days were so hard but now I’m getting used to it.
