Super silly question maybe but what is the benefit of just using something along the lines of a word document?

		Probably just a matter of preference imo =) I was using another paid tool my accountant suggested. Then I decided to build my own tool, but free and open-source. It gets the job done at least for me plus I have some ideas how can I improve it further. For example I built a simple automation where an invoice is generated every month, emailed to me for review, and then I forward it to the client.
