There's another issue that's much more infuriating IMO: - You're in the middle of writing a sentence. - The phone is trying to guess how that sentence will eventually be constructed. - It goes back 3 words and changes one to match its guess. - Its guess is @)%(*%@ WRONG | ||

Seriously. Drives me up the wall. Once I've written a word and seen it, I've confirmed that's the word I want. If it wasn't, I would have changed it then. I don't ever want it to "correct" a previous word based on a new one. Ever. Yet still, more than a decade later, there's no way to turn this off. And it takes so long to keep backspacing to delete it, or move the cursor to make a surgical edit. The WORST. | ||
