I like espresso-style coffee. Over the years i discovered that the very best espresso shots do have a rather strong chocolate note. No acidity, no bitterness. Unfortunately I also found out that it is basically impossible to get that kind of quality from coffee shops. You must make it yourself, have the right equipment (the grinder is the most important one) and a lot of practice. Then you might have one in 10 god shots... but you taste it... you immediately recognize it. | ||
