Sorry I don’t know your circumstances but “Walking on Eggshells” by Langford has literally saved me. The only wisdom I can offer: other people emotions don’t have to control yours (despite what they tell you). The best take on this that I know: be like a goose - they don’t get wet, just shake it off. And take care of yourself! | ||||||||
