Fun fact: Speed Queen also uses IrDA as a communications method on many commercial washing machines for programming and diagnostics. They used to use a PalmPilot (and a WinMo) app. Nowadays it can be done with a PC with a weird NFC-based interface they’ve built with a wand you hold in front of the control panel in a specific location. | ||||||||||||||||||||
