It's like a garage sale, but there are professionals who specialize in doing all the work for a cut of the proceeds, which is nice if you're drained after your parents pass away. At least you can recoup 1/10th the value that your parents/grandparents wasted their money. Instead of getting 100k in inheritance to put a down payment on a house you can get 10k and pay of part of a car. | ||
