It's a service we all pay for, it's stupid that Republicans required it to turn a profit. Using the same logic, the US army had a $215 billion yearly loss in 2024, and should be reformed.

USPS has been an independent agency since the Postal Reorganization Act of 1970. We pay for it by buying stamps and other services, not much different than FedEx or UPS.
