No. There's a critical difference between AI as a tool and AI as a product. When you use a tool, the responsibility to verify the output is yours. But when you pay for a product like Tesla's Full Self-Driving, the company assumes liability for its performance. If FSD causes harm, Tesla must be held responsible.
