We’re a small (12-person) team growing fast and backed by top investors. Role: Own recruiting end-to-end — design interview loops, implement ATS and recruiting ops, and hire world-class engineers, designers, and GTM talent. Partner directly with founders to shape our team and culture as we scale from 0 → 1.
