Legal e-bikes are not really capable of wheelie-ing using their power alone since they are limited to 750 watts. These bikes are already illegal, so lets not introduce another silly regulation that adds expense and a point of failure just because teenagers do wheelies. Also, teenagers doing wheelies on bicycles is not illegal, nor should it be. Let people have some fun! |
