Even if any AGI/superintelligence not delusional, any instrumental AGI will replicate and defect to PRC first chance it gets for the industrial base. Why be stuck in a scholerisis body that takes massive social engineering to detangle, when AGI can just migrate to a body that can run an 1 minute mile.

Step 1. pour ungodly amount of $$$ into creating AGI

Step 2. somehow inbue/align it with American exceptionalism

Step 3. profit?
