I don't have the motivation to put my position in more detail, but it seems to me ironically that the cheaper intelligence at any degree becomes, and the more commoditized fuzzy reasoning becomes available, then the more important robotics becomes, because the hard part starts to lie in agents' ability to apprehend and act in the world, and China seems to a layperson quite well-positioned in robotics.
