Searching and working with omics data (protein, rna, dna) can be messy and tedious. Wet-lab researchers struggle because they have to wait for the internal bioinformatician to pre-process, clean the raw output. In my previous company we spend 4 months cleaning and preparing RWD just to find out that the quality is mediocre. I built Lobster, an open-core, modular agentic bioinformatics framework to work with on-premises datasets. Main features: - Iterative dataset search - Pre/processing, QC, Batch-correction - Embedding training, clustering, visualization Built so that adding new agents, tools, services and adapters can be done in less than 30 mins using coding agents. |
