I am glad to report that Bucatini abound (2025) and also that the Mafaldine shortage that I encountered has been remedied. For those unfamiliar with specialty pasta, I highly recommend Mafaldine [0] (a kind of skinny lasagna, in the form of a noodle, and Fusili Bucati lunghi, the very long corkscrew pasta.
