> Garlic and chopped orégano (wild marjoram) It's wild to think that it's been less than a century since North Americans were apparently generally unfamiliar with an herb as ordinary as oregano, and would use a diacritic to indicate the pronunciation. For that matter, nowadays it seems like you'll hardly ever hear mention of marjoram. | ||
