At least the current incumbent has more idiosyncratic syntax than Peter.

I won't explain in great depth but there are some people, some in positions of power or influence, that believe in certain things people would call esoteric and occult, and they believe in ideas like manifestation (eg. wishing something into existence because enough people believe in or even just think about it).
