Something to note: During a recent audit at an org I work with, it was required to indicate:

1. Has AI been used to create, refine, or enhance any evidence provided? Document accordingly per artifact submitted as evidence.

2. Has the subject artifact been reviewed by a human in its entirety?

with the human having reviewed attesting to the above.
