I'm even more interested in how it looked as though it came from github. The email was seemingly sent by "github"

I'm surprised you would see this as anything but a scam.

Gross misspellings are either a really dumb human (nah) or a chatbot.

Same for mass emailings.

I missed the earlier post on this. Hard to keep up.
