I just reached PMF for my very early stage B2B product. I want to make sure I keep evolving the vision for the team and don't drown in the day to day. Has anyone worked with a good coach to help you stay on top of it all and delegate + build systems? | ||

Depends on your definition of "coach". If you're looking for the classic, time-tested definition, I strongly suggest you do https://www.startupschool.org/. There's nothing better IMO. If you're looking the type of coaching pushed by social media's internet/gurus.... it's a waste of time, since none of them are good. YMMV | ||
