A friend is just selling a two bedroom apartment for 15k€ furnished. Small town, sure, but the apartment is in a good shape and the city is nice by Nordic standards. | ||||||||

You can live comfortably in many, many places in the US on $58k a year as well. It highlights that the problem most of these people have isn't a lack of income. |
