Why would anyone want to use OracleTok?

TikTok is banned in India. OracleTok might not be.. So that's a lot of potential users.

		It's been 5 years since it was blocked, and there has been a lot of competing apps. OracleTok would be no different from a new entry to the market which has little chance to win.
