As gamer a poor performance is something I have never felt I need to fill ticket for. And I think I am with majority. The developers should bloody well know if their game runs poorly for most users.

There is little expectations for such tickets to do anything. Unless you have some very specific problem which no one else has. And even then... I would be doubtful of them doing anything.
