I despised apples app model as soon as i tried to develop an app (game) and discovered they literally priced my broke college ass out of the market by forcing me to use their hardware, software, and most egregiously pay a 100usd fee to even get started. Not to submit the app to them, but just to start developing it. That DX is so awful i vowed never to release a single thing on their platform. The game was already built and doing well on androids store.
