I really hope you are starting to understand the difficulty in regulating products like this. A lot of people don’t want to do the right thing.

		The law is meant to be interpreted. If a judge decides that you are bullshitting in order to sell an illegal product, you get a fine. All we need is judges who do their job. Which is easier said than done, I'll admit it.
