As a senior pumping out straightforward features takes a backseat to problem analysis and architectural decisions, including being able to describe tradeoffs and how they impact the business. | ||

This is (at least in theory) the current job of executives. You market yourself with a narrative that explains why projects have succeeded and failed such that you can project high confidence that you will make future projects successful. | ||
