> I can only see gains here. All of your points are correct. But so many companies/employers keep abusing this power that I have to assume they see some value. Some of the things you mentioned are even short term gains for some companies. For some of Boeing’s execs, employees hiding flaws was a win until it wasn’t and it became someone else’s problem. | ||
