Fun fact: If you try to find an analysis of what the Bible says about the antichrist, you’ll find that the number of verses about the topic varies depending on who is trying to explain it to you. The reason for that is that the antichrist is only mentioned four times, only in the book of John, and when it is mentioned it’s explicit that “antichrist” a) means anyone that doesn’t believe in Jesus (1 John 2:22, 1 John 4:3, 2 John 1:7) b) And there have been a lot of them on Earth (1 John 2:18) That’s it. That is every single bit of information referencing “antichrist” in the entire Bible. The assertion that the king and dragon from Daniel and Revelation are the same thing as the antichrist is a later invention that is not at all supported by the text. | ||
