Measuring beta amyloid flow rates with a radioactive marker is very good. That's interesting science even if the whole causative/associated thing still runs, the body clearly processes amyloid differently across sleep and wake times. | |||||||||||||||||

yes. When big pharma dropped 10+ billion on antibodies to amyloid, the results were not good due to excess deaths. But good sleep may be the best drug of all for clearance. And how does one get reliably good sleep, sans medication? Exercise. Which might also help the clearance systems. How couldn't it? All that physical jostling can't hurt.
