Wrong. They should support the "color combining code" with a 3 byte sequence so you can specify ANY of the 16,777,216 color variations. And they should also support the gender combining code with any other emoji, in fact, any two emojis should be combinable (if you have the combination in your font, otherwise you just display both next to each other).
