The article about Green Web on a blog that has scrolling implemented in some horrible way giving both slow experience and visible CPU usage (and therefore also power demand) spikes on my desktop...

My PC is not that ultra high-end or something and sometimes doesn't like websites with fancy stuff, but with this one isn't going that bad. Yes, the scrolling thing is weird - but the website offers an option to disable animations, so at least there's that.
