I've defended some of Musk because I think what he did for Twitter was completely necessary (showing Jay Bhattacharya that the old regime had put him on a trends blacklist, and all the other people who got banned for no reason) but things like this (and Tesla's already been accused of killing people through crashes) are alarming (vision only as opposed to multiple telemetry) and it's kind of amazing he's in charge of something like SpaceX (are we about to witness a fatal incident in space?)

He's doing the exact same thing and worse to people he doesn't like.

What you say is plausible, I haven't directly seen the evidence for it but I'm not inclined to completely doubt you

But I think back to the time where everything surrounding covid was 'misinformation' and Musk (even if the broken clock is right twice a day) genuinely gave people a place to speak. Old Twitter would shut down people, so fast (even experts)
