no, from the lessons that we have collectively learned, from the hundreds of years of history that we've collectively experienced, that have resulted in the banking infrastructure that we have today. it's flawed and it can be improved, no question, but improvements need to reflect a basic understanding of the lessons learned by past experience, regulations were created for a reason, etc. |
