Where are they going to work? We haven't starting building all the new manufacturing plants etc that we need.

It takes forever to get into even an apprenticeship at the existing places. Sure, you have lots of people retiring out but as far as new jobs go?

Data Centers are growing like weeds. They need lots of HVAC installers, plumbers, and electricians

Not sure if it counts as a trade but I've heard ATC operators are in high demand. There are just some jobs that even now and over the past years are severely understaffed. So, I'm not sure how many new jobs are needed vs backfilling existing vacancies.
