My interpretation is that although making your site a unique snowflake is fun, it's ultimately a burden on the users. GUIs are successful when they follow visual and behaviorial standards. With everything that CSS and JS can do, every website becomes an exercise in discovery just to be able to use it for its intended purpose. | ||||||||
