Quick tip for someone if you wake in the night. A walk on tiles or cool flooring to get your feet nice and cold then a hot water bottle on said feet - if you have poor circulation, I run hot so under the blankets the temp spikes fast. It should get you snoozy. Some nature sounds in the background etc should get you back to sleep. | ||||||||
