One of the things I like about SQLite is how easy it is to understand its behavior if you read the docs. This is one of the potentially surprising defaults - but it seems reasonable for an embedded database, where a power loss is likely to cause the application to "forget" that something was committed at the same time that SQLite does. However, it depends on the application - hence the need for clear docs and an understandable model. | ||
