Which in turn is maybe because they are unwilling to offer sufficient compensation. You get what you pay for but this time the tables have turned and it's a big corp getting shafted. This is not a mom and pop shop struggling to keep the lights on. This is a huge corporation whose CEO has a net worth 4 orders of magnitude greater than the median American of his age.
