		Downvotes and flags can come from arbitrary reasons and preferences, arbitrary user behavior alluded to above. The platform shouldn't then work against someone trying to address a curious user base, but it does. The reasoning is unsubstantiated, not A/B tested, and not the only way to keep a higher signal community.
